This is a World Changing Movement for global love, peace and human compassion, which comes from the idea that every change starts from within us – with a thought of either love or fear. These thoughts lead us to take action. All actions have consequences for ourselves, for our friends, for our enemies and for the human as a collective. Sign the call here

Detach from Fear + Think with Heart = Heal Our World!

 A wonderful dream…

One day, I woke up from a wonderful dream and I knew it was still possible that it would become true…

The world I woke up in was no longer serving its inhabitants and was suffering from injustices, cruelties and destruction…

Every day, innocent people were injured and killed in large numbers and their relatives and friends were losing their faith in life. Without concern for what is best for all of us, our natural habitat was further damaged; humans, nature, animals and plants. The world could be very different, I then realized.

In my dream, we were still a large number of decent people on Earth with care for one another, regardless of nationality, occupation, family ties, political views or religions. A functional human society was built up in trust and love by us. Funny enough, there was sympathy even for the perpetrators of the past, who obviously must have lost their minds completely. And we treated them well. I turned to my heart and thought that there must be a lot of people wanting to join forces and unite for a world like this.

It was then that these Nine Tiny Words all of a sudden came to my mind.

Detach from Fear + Think with Heart = Heal Our World!

…and I was urged to share them…

What is Nine Tiny Words and why?

Help might come unexpectedly. Accept it!This is a World Changing Movement for global love, peace and human compassion, which comes from the idea that every change starts from within us – with a thought of either love or fear. These thoughts lead us to take action. All actions have consequences for ourselves, for our friends, for our enemies and for the human as a collective.

It is as simple as: When you choose to act upon thoughts from heart, you create more love and a healthier world. Whereas when you choose to act upon fears, you limit yourself and others. This way of acting creates more fear and unhealthy competition.

Therefore, when you and I start to take responsibility by basing all our actions on love instead of fears, we not only refuse fuel to the worldwide destructiveness, we also strengthen our heart based human collective and help healing the world.

How?

It is up to each and everyone of us to interpret the Nine Tiny Words. You choose your thoughts and actions independently, in every choice you make. No one but your inner voice can tell you what to choose. Your choice is always one for either less (or more) fear and (less or) more love.

For me the message stands for a world driven by a deep compassion for all people, all living creatures and a rich biodiversity. Many times, thoughts coming from heart help you to serve  another human. But sometimes not. Sometimes you are the one to be helped. The trick is to ask yourself: What choice creates more harmony for me and the rest of the world in the long run? and to listen carefully to the answer. Here are three examples among many, many, many:

  • If I encounter hostility in the street, I can choose to see those threatening me as fearful humans deserving respect, rather than dismissing them as gangsters. While I might not act on the impulse in the street, if it risks further violence, I would later on rather help an organization that helps street kids than spread fear among my neighbors about these guys.
  • If my kids, are really annoying and argue all day, I would not get triggered and start yelling at them, if I think with my heart. My first thought might have been: “Why do they do this to me – I am tired and hard working?”. As a heart thinker, I realize that the kids also have had a tough day and would rather need someone who calmed them down and provided them with love and comfort. So, I forgive them, choose to give them some space and then offer them a hug.
  • If my boss asks me to work a lot of extra hours, I would think with my heart and consider if it is for an important reason. If it is and if people would suffer if I did not, I would agree to do the extra work but suggest to my boss to hire more staff in future. If no one would be hurt by me going home on time, I would explain that I need rest to perform well. In this case, I value myself, but I prioritize the more loving choice.

Your interpretation of the Nine Tiny Words and the situations that occur for you will differ from mine. This is about listening to your inner voice and acting in line with your consciousness. This is also about shifting our collective choices towards something of greater value for all of us.

I invite you to sign this call for action to heal our world. When signing you agree to consider a life-style based on these Nine Tiny Words in the way that you interpret them.

If you come along, you may sign and start acting in line with the general idea and you may share the message in your own way; mouth to mouth, hugs to hugs, hands in hands, in writing, in painting, in singing, in IRL, in social media or whatever way or channel you prefer.

Are you ready?

Are you ready to choose what your heart tells you in a time when people around the world make crazy decisions based on fear instead of love?

Are you ready to join a movement of people who choose to live as much as they can in love, peace and compassion for one another?

Then, please, go ahead and feel its essence, make the message your own, live with it, sign it and share it as much as you want.

Detach from Fear + Think with Heart = Heal Our World!

I realize that I am not the first one in the history to express the core of this idea. But, please help me avoid being the last one….
